CUMBRIA’S trip to Cleveland resulted in a very welcome win for the county and lifted them into almost touching distance of Division Two safety. Cumbria are nine points clear of the bottom place, and only two behind fellow strugglers Norfolk with games against Northumberland and Derbyshire to be played at home and trips to Merseyside and finally Norfolk to come.
