It’s all go as Green leads way to the points
DARTS: ROCHDALE Borough picked up eight valuable points towards their Lancashire GMC Super League title bid when they defeated Lune Valley 6-4 last Sunday.
Robbie Green, who hit a 15-darter, led the way with a 90.18 average. Ben Fairley was not far behind. He hit two 16-darters and averaged 89.44. (full article...)

Milnrow edged out by Southport in final
DARTS: MILNROW Ladies defeated rivals Oldham in the first round of the Lancashire GMC divisional knockout in Fleetwood on Sunday and then got the better of an all-conquering Swinton outfit.
However, they lost in the premier final to Southport who went on to win the overall title. One of Milnrow’s players Jill Fitton was in good form in the England Ladies singles qualifiers, winning her way through to the final stages in Stockport in July.
Rochdale Borough teenage sensation Shaun Griffiths won his way through to the men’s finals, hitting a brilliant 10-darter along the way. The 17-year-old posted scores of 100, 180, 171 and, in one dart, the bullseye. (full article...)

Darren dazzles in Town win
DARTS: HEYWOOD picked up their fourth win of the winter in the second division of the Lancashire GMC Super League. They beat Lancaster 6-4 at The Highlander on Sunday.
Darren Latham starred with an 85.08 average. He made the score 4-4 with a 3-0 success, including a 12-darter via 180, 97, 134 and 90 game shot. (full article...)
