Thorney Close Inn Premier Darts League

Chris Bolam showed his class when impressively beating John Wheldon 5-2.
In close second in the table, Bolam kept up his great form by taking legs in 14, 17, 19, 20 and 20-darts with a 180.

Darts: Whitfield keeps up top form

Leader Eric Whitfield kept up his fine form in the Thorney Close Inn Premier Darts League when beating team-mate Dave Lowthian.
Whitefield took legs in 15 and 19 darts with a 180 in his 5-1 victory.

Darren Johnson had an 18-dart leg with a 72 checkout on his way to three valuable points when he beat Jordan Cook 5-1.

Dave Wyness lost 5-3 to Gaz Richardson who had legs in 18 and 20 darts.
Tony Bryant also lost out when whitewashed by Chris Bolam who took legs in 17, 19 and 20 darts with a 180.

Darts: Hardy cruises into semis

Neil Hardy takes the only 100 per cent records into the semi-finals of the Thorney Close Inn Premier League's Individual Championship.
Hardy won all four of his qualifying ties in Group One, and went on to seal a 3-0 quarter-final success against Group Three runner-up Steve Richardson.

Thorney Close Inn Premier Darts League

Neil Hardy's unbeaten streak in the Thorney Close Inn Premier Darts League came to an end with a 5-0 hammering against Dave Lowthian.
The league leader had legs in 15 and 19 darts twice to maintain his place at the top, inflicting the first defeat on Hardy after a ten-game unbeaten run.

Lowthian still leads by two points from Eric Whitfield, who saw off Jordan Cook 5-2. (full article...)
