Mr Hiscock and co-organiser Lee Horsfall handed the cheque to charity founder Wendy Bryant.
It follows a tournament the previous Sunday at the Cavalier pub in Eastleigh Road, Devizes in which competitors from all over central Wiltshire took part.
Ian Meaker from Trowbridge won first prize of £120, with Chris Angel from Calne taking the £50 second prize.
A money-in-money-out doubles competition was won by Stuart Clarke and Roy Lowe and a raffle in aid of Charlotte’s charity raised £52.
A highest score and most bulls-eyes competition was organised by Terry Nicholl of Westbury and this raised another £60.
Ms Bryant started the charity when her eight-year-old granddaughter, Charlotte Wakeham, contracted an inoperable form of brain cancer.
Charlotte lost her battle but the charity continues to raise money for cancer research.
Mr Hiscock said: “I was only too glad to help.
“I have four children myself and I can sympathise with any parent who has a poorly child.”
Mr Hiscock added he hopes to organise more bigger competitions in the future.
Ms Bryant and her family set up a charity shop in Northgate Street nearly two years ago.
But the rent became too much and they have now moved to Bath Road Business Centre, where they resell nearly new clothing and children’s items.
Charlotte’s aunt, Vicky Rigby, runs a wedding service from a unit close to Charlotte’s Chance of Life and ten per cent of sales go to the charity.
The charity can be contacted on 07745 456277 and Mrs Rigby on 07861 885522.
