#darts - Hail to the VICTORS!

Great job! Bryson Gibson & Howard Meyers won the Tuesday night men's qualifier! The 3 women going are Raylyn Williams, Julianne Richardson & Rene. We are happy to be sending 8 players (5 men & 3 women) to the National Qualifier at the Dirty Bull Tavern, Sunday, June 9th! We want to thank everyone that turned out and played in this qualifier. The three other mens winners are Paul Behl, Joseph Burt and Steve Whitehead, and we wish everyone luck at the National Qualifier!

We would also like to thank all of those that participate in our qualifier fundraisers, which helped us send a three women to the National Qualifier!

Hope that everyone remembers that there are 2 Blind Draw Doubles - Food Share Food Drives happening this weekend! Saturday at Sam's Saloon and Sunday at the Bench Warmer. Be sure to tell your friends to come participate as well. Even if you can't come to play, I hope that you will stop in and make some type of contribution. Format:
- 1-day tournament (steel tip), open to men and women, no membership required.
- 501 open in, double out
- Round Robin - Field divided into round robin groups, format will be 3, 5, or 7 legs depending on group size, all legs played (i.e. not ‘best of’)
- Round Robin top 2 advance to Main Event
- Remaining players advance to Consolation Event
- Main Event is ‘best of 11’ legs, single elimination knockout bracket
- Consolation is ‘best of 5’ legs, single elimination knockout bracket
- Round Robin groups and knockout brackets are seeded based upon player rankings in Darts Database: www.mlddarts.com/rankings

"Hawaiian Party" at the Bench on Saturday June 19th. This will include a dart tourney @ 2 PM. The entry fee is the standard $10. It is also a potluck and there will be a prize for the person who wears the ugliest Hawaiian shirt.
