A group of players are attempting a 12 Hour Dart Marathon on the 23rd July to raise money to buy 11 year old Mason Mount an electric wheelchair and ramp. The NHS and Social Services will not supply them and the family cannot move to a suitable house for at least 5 years.
The runner up to the World Darts Championship, Phil Nixon will be turning up for a couple of hours in the afternoon and ex top county player Stuart Ireland will be around for a few hours in the evening.
Any help with sponsorship would be appreciated - please leave any donations or raffle prizes at Blakes where the marathon will take place.
