Young Tops North American Order of Merit

DARIN YOUNG has topped the 2008 North American Order of Merit, earning him a place in the PartyPoker.com Grand Slam of Darts and the Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship.

Young's success in winning the inaugural North American Darts Championship and reaching the second round of the Las Vegas Desert Classic saw him pick up £9,075* in PDC tournaments in North America this year. (full article...)

September 26 launch confirmed for the United Kingdom.

Oxygen Games today announced that it will be bringing PDC World Championship Darts to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation Portable on September 26, following its prior release on the Wii, PC, and PlayStation 2.

The Xbox 360 version of the game will incorporate online multiplayer and leaderboards, as well as more advanced visuals than the aforementioned versions.

The PSP version, on the other hand, will feature local wireless multiplayer in addition to customizable photos and playlists for users with a Memory Stick Duo.

Got here late (they don't have rush hour like this in Cedar Rapids Smile) but know Fred Krueger beat Bob Sinnaveve (spelling off) in the finals of singles 301.....awesome achievement as it was a strong field. Alot of the English players were in as well as the top US shooters.

I thing McDine was in the final 4 and watched his match against Colin Osbourne.

WDF Europe Cup 2008 - from a player’s perspective...

The following paragraphs will evaluate the WDF Europe Cup 2008 which was held last week in Copenhagen, Denmark from a player’s perspective. So it may be a bit boring, but still I think there might be some people out there who might be interested.
