Subject: FW: Austin Darts Founder Passed away
It is with the deepest regret that I must send out this e-mail, notifying the dart community of the passing of one of our longest standing members and one of its founding members. Brad Peck passed away, on Monday, 26 December, after battling cancer and cardiac complications. Brad was a wonderful mentor, not only to me but to many others. He taught me a lot about playing darts, when I was first starting, more than 25 years, ago. He had the most wonderful approach to the sport and i will always remember his custom barrels and piano wire points. His quiet way of doing things was a reflection of his gentle-giant personality. He will be greatly missed. His funeral is today, 30 December. There is no obit listing with Weed-Corley, but only the one in the paper.
