THE Holly Tree Darts team has become the first side from Exmouth to lift the prestigious Devon County Darts' Cup after a 6-3 victory over tournament favourites, Barnstaple based, The Yeoman.
The Heavitree Social Club in Exeter staged the Finals and Holly Tree were paired with Railway Boyz of Exeter in the quarter final. Holly Tree got their tournament off to a flying start to such a degree that Dean Wiltshire, Paul Davis and Paul Milford did not have to throw a dart in anger
In the semi-final, Holly Tree faced Exeter Eagles and once again the early singles were dominated by the Exmouth lads. (full article...)
