DARTS ace Raymond van Barneveld is set to make a sensational switch to the PDC and put himself head-to-head with Phil 'The Power' Taylor.
Dutch star Barneveld has won the BDO title four times but plans to defect to the rival organisation to try to end Taylor's domination.
The former postman is a huge celebrity in his homeland. His arrival will be a massive coup for the PDC, who are expected to rake in bumper new TV deals in Holland with 'Barney' as the big drawcard.
Despite Barneveld's popularity he has become frustrated by accusations he has dodged Taylor, who beat him in a one-off TV match in 1999."
