Only snowstorms and wedding anniversaries can keep Burt Van Wie and Tim Grossman from getting to Quigley's in East Greenbush every Tuesday for Dart Night.
The origins of this tradition date back to the day 15 years ago when Burt walked into Tim's bar in Albany and remarked what a fine place it would be to start a dart league.
