BBC darts pundit George is a two-time world runner-up
Bobby George failed in his attempt to reach the Lakeside World Championship after falling in the penultimate round of qualifying in Bridlington.
The 60-year-old won four matches before losing to Denmark's Preben Krabben after taking the first five legs.
'I had my chances but missed a couple of doubles and you have to accept that,' said the two-time runner-up.
