Darts-mad John Carberry’s final check-out

DARTS fanatic John Carberry is leaving life the way he spent it – facing a dart board.

A member of Vauxhall Darts League for 50 years, the 67-year-old father-of-three had one request when a diagnosis of cancer left him with weeks to live.

He asked for a picture of a dartboard to be printed on his coffin – and his family have done him proud with a unique design commissioned from a London firm.

More than 100 family friends and team mates have flocked to the family home to offer their sympathies and see his last request. (full article...)
