The San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau launched itsFacebookpage over a year and a half ago. Our task was simple: To promote the San Diego region as a travel destination to visitors worldwide.
The first year was a trial-and-error period and testing of thesocial mediawaters. Six months ago, ConVis had approximately 30,000 Facebook “likes”, placing us in the top 5 Facebook pages among our competitors.
