Free Press Sport - Doncaster Today: News, DARTS ACE JOWETT AIMS FOR THE BIG TIME"

"DARTS ACE JOWETT AIMS FOR THE BIG TIME
BENTLEY ace David Jowett is aiming to hit the bullseye at next week's PDC World Championships – just months after giving up window cleaning to turn professional.
Until January this year the 48-year-old was working with his brother on their round before deciding to swap his chamois leather for darts full time.
Now the Balby Bridge player will be attempting to clean up against the likes of 13-times champion Phil Taylor, former Embassy World champion Raymond Van Barneveld and current world number one Colin Lloyd for the £100,000 title at the Circus Tavern, Purfleet.
