The upsets continued to flow thick and fast on day two of the Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship at Purfleet.
Following the departure of tenth seed Ronnie Baxter on Monday, former champion Bob Anderson and world number 16 Mark Walsh both bowed out of the tournament at the first hurdle on Tuesday afternoon.
Walsh was the first to go, losing 3-0 to Dutch teenager Rico Vonck.
