Phil Taylor will start his bid for a third consecutive Premier League title against Dutch star Roland Scholten in Plymouth. It is a repeat of last year’s final – at the same venue – which Taylor won 16 legs to 6. Incredibly, ‘The Power’ hasn’t lost yet in the history of the Premier League. He has drawn two games – against Colin Lloyd and Raymond Van Barneveld.
