Stanton Drew WI members had cause to celebrate after winning last year's WI group darts tournament, and again won the County Trophy in a closely-fought final against Frampton Cotterell at Bitton Social Club.
Team captain Beattie Jones said: "It was an enjoyable and sociable match."
Stanton Drew has been entering the tournament for more than 22 years and have only been knocked out twice in the past 14 years.
The four-strong team – Beattie Jones (captain), Felicity Snook, Anne Bennett and Doreen Bond – puts its success down to regular practice at the Druids Arms, in Stanton Drew.
Anne, Beattie and Doreen also steward regularly at the Bishops Palace, in Wells, while Doreen and Anne have stewarded at the recent edition of the Antiques Roadshow, which was held at the palace.
