Top darts stars are ready for Open challenge

THE mighty force of Lincolnshire darts returns to The State Club in Gainsborough this Saturday and Sunday, 7th and 8th February when the county'stop players take on Berkshire.
A full squad will appear at noon on Saturday and 11am on Sunday and the MC will be local compere Bob Clarke.
Lincolnshire are hoping for a win to keep them in the promotion race for Division One.
It's £3 entry or free if you have your season VIP pass from last time.
The county association are also proud to announce the revival of the Lincolnshire Men's and Ladies' Open Singles to be held at the State Club on Easter Sunday, 12th April with a first prize of £1,301 for the winning man and £301 for the winning lady.
Many of the top names in darts will be coming to Gainsborough to play in the Open including Martin "Wolfie" Adams, Darryl Fitton and Tony O'Shea.
The competition is open to any darts player in the country and local league players are welcome.
Lincolnshire darts is hoping for past winners like Dennis Priestley to enter again.
With games the best of five legs of 501 and 16 boards in play throughout the day it should be a great sporting occasion.
