The funny number means that this is a beta, so read on if you're brave. New in this first beta is a feature for the Remote 501 game: connect to each other through the DartPro website.
The most requested feature was to simplify the way people connect to each other to play an online game. Until now you had to not only know your opponents IP, you had to know when he/she was online. What you wanted was to see a list of people - complete strangers or friends - who were available for a game, and connect on the fly. I've tried to come up with a system that's both easy to use, and hopefully not a great bandwith eater for the site. So, how does this work?
You start up DartPro and choose Remote Game of 501. You are presented with a wizard to guide you through some options."
