AMBITIOUS Glapwell FC has today announced a major sponsorship deal with the organisers of the Lakeside World Darts Championship, Chad can reveal.
Club officials at the Unibond League Division One South side say the "substantial" investment will allow the Hall Corner side to improve the overall structure of the club and invest in their six youth teams and gym and physio equipment.The deal was finalised between former Aldershot director Bob Potter, who is involved in the Frimley Green darts spectacular, and Glapwell chairman Colin Hancock, who is a former chairman of Aldershot.
