Labour make a point

THE top-of-the-table darts clash between Central and Labour Club resulted in a close victory for the latter.

Wins came from S Connolly 100-137 (19 darts) Alan Butterworth and Phil Voy (100), Central’s Dave Armstrong 123 (19 darts), Kenny Judge (Snr) 121 and Kenny Judge (Jnr) 140 tied the singles.

Vickerstown just beat Central A 5-4 with wins from Garry Clamp (100), Kenny Southward and Tommy Managh 100 140. Mark Wallace 100, Tony Kelly and Steve Hughes replying for Central A.

British Legion beat United 8-1, with Ray Gardner (100, 100) Dave Muncaster 140, Steve Roebuck (100) and Dave Edwards (100) making good contributions.
