MARK Grabham won the Nottage Builders Battle of the Best at Bryntirion Labour Club and can rightly claim to be the best darter in the area for 2009.
In all, 48 players took part in the competition from as far afield as Swansea in the west to Beddau in the east, Llantwit Major in the south to the Rhondda in the north.
