PLYMPTON Conservative Club began well away at unbeaten leaders Brookside and were 3-1 up before Brookside took control and ran out 9-4 winners.
The only other point gained by the visitors came in the individual phases when Dave Collins defeated Al Brunton.
Tug Wilson threw the Brookside's best game with a win in 31 while Shaun Cunningham gave a good account of himself and top-scored with 12 throws of a ton or more.
