Host of internationals to play darts match in March

MARCH is to host county darts match between Cambridgeshire and Glamorgan this weekend.

Glamorgan are ninth in the 10-team table but have played one game less than eighth-placed Cambridgeshire

The Glamorgan squad includes 15 players who are either current internationals for Wales or have represented Wales in the past. They include Mark Salmon who played in last week's Lakeside World Professional Championships and current Welsh No. 2 Wayne Warren.

Cambridgeshire's two Lakeside representatives, former world champion Martin "Wolfie" Adams and Shaun Greatbatch will also be playing, however Shaun is playing his first match of the season whilst continuing his fight against Myeloma.

The match is at the March United Services Club, with the B Teams starting at 12.30pm on Saturday and the A Teams at 11.30am on Sunday.

Entry is £3, payable at the door, for the complete weekend.
