ADRIAN Lewis last night booked his place in the second round of the PDC Ladbrokes.com World Championship ... but admitted he must start to get better.
The number six seed from Cross Heath produced some dazzling darts in his 3-1 win over Australian veteran Russell Stewart at Alexandra Palace.
He hit eight maximum 180s and check outs of 121, 111 and 105 on the way to a second-round clash on Sunday with the winner of tonight's match between Adrian Gray and Paul Nicholson.
But Lewis suffered a dip in form in the second set. He missed five darts at a double to win it and Stewart went on to lead in the third before 'Jackpot' found an extra gear to power through.
