TEESSIDE arrowsmiths Tony Eccles and Colin Osborne have declared themselves delighted with their first- round draws for this month’s Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship.
Eccles has one of the most eye-catching draws after being pitted against the winner of the preliminary round clash between current women’s world champion Anastasia Dobromyslova and Remco van Eijden.
And Osborne, who was first out of the hat, will face either South African Charles Losper or Sudesh Fitzgerald of Guyana, who play each other for a place in the competition proper.
